Pascal Maitre is a leading photojournalist specializing in Afghanistan and Africa. He has produced a photographic documentary on the baobab trees used as water tanks, in southern Madagascar. The project is part of the exhibition In the Shadow of Trees at Hangar.

This conference is an opportunity to know more about the trajectory of a photojournalist who has lived through wars and conflicts, without ever forgetting the environmental issue. In discussion with Delphine Dumont, he will tell us the stories hiding behind his emblematic photos. Pascal Maitre is above all a storyteller!
