Born in 1962 in Hull, England. Lives and works in Brussels. Kevin Scarlett is a member of the RAW 7 collective. He started as a painter before becoming a freelance graphic designer/photographer whose work mainly takes the form of street photography.
He has participated in several groups and solo shows such as Disclosure, A Love Story, Between two rivers, B’art, Carte de Visite, among others.
In 2017 he won the first prize in the series contest and the single image contest of the Brussels Street Photography Festival. In 2018 he was the winner of the Photo Contest Brussels Region, Huawei Photo Contest, Photo Contest Belgian Heritage, and finalist at the Brussels Street Photography Festival (BSPF).
