Interested in capturing the essence of things, purity and simplicity are inseparable elements in Jean-Baptiste Huynh’s work.
Fascinated by the use of light, Jean-Baptiste Huynh’s photographs are impregnated with a sense of timelessness and an attempt to capture infinity. In the Nature series, he shows the intrinsic qualities of each element by playing with light and perspective.
The use of black and white photography reinforces the beauty hidden in every still life, and turn some of his images into trompe l'oeil for the viewer.
