Born in 1963 in Cholet, France. Lives and works in Madrid. Self-taught photographer Pierre Gonnord has exhibited his works in Spain, where he has lived since 1988, and internationally, being represented by the Juana de Aizpuru gallery in Madrid.
His portraits are held by institutional collections including the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago, the Reina Sofía National Art Museum in Madrid, the Maison Européenne de la Photographie in Paris, the FNAC (Fonds National d'Art Contemporain) in France and the Helsinki Saastamonien.
