11 May 2020. France is finishing the lockdown, without knowing that it will be in confined again. In Paris, the curtains of the shops open, the streets come alive. However, in the reunions, the discussions, the media, the idea that "real life is elsewhere" comes up again and again. Elsewhere, in the green, real estate boom on houses with gardens, reconnecting with nature, teleworking with my feet in the grass, I hear these injunctions and the one, even more common because it contains all the others, of "going back to the roots". I decide to take it literally. I am a Parisian. If I have a source, it is the Seine, this river so familiar that it merges with our streets, the same color, the same customary sight that we no longer notice.
