This photographic essay is a dialogue between the photographer Laure Vasconi and the architect Ignacio Prego, created during the first lockdown between March and May 2020.

By refocusing on the core of the architectural space, Laure Vasconi continually fixes and tightens the framing of her lens on her subject in order to retain only its mineral aspect and preserve its dusk light. The photography thus finds a way to translate through images the ambivalent power, both sad and joyful, of the emotions grappling with physical and mental closure.
